We are a thriving preparatory school and nursery in Frome, Somerset for children aged 2 to 11.  We employ a range of staff for job roles across the school.  

The aim of our School is not just for the academic pursuits of children, but to offer experiences to support the ‘whole child’.   At Springmead School, the majority of our children achieve above average academic results, have a choice of, and are engaged in, over 20 clubs and activities through the week that are offered at lunchtimes and after school to help find children’s interests and passions. These are led by an incredible team of educators and enthusiasts who bring their creativity and zest to all aspects of School life.   No School day is ever the same.   At Springmead School every staff member is valued and is given opportunity, training and time to develop their role.
